What Veronica Ubon Akpan is certified to do
✓
Setup
Can set up OwnOutright for a business end to end — branding, templates, tax and a first live invoice.
✓
Setup + Import
Everything in Setup, plus migrating an existing customer list and price book across without losing data.
✓
Complete
Full onboarding including a live training call and a recorded walkthrough the business keeps.
What that actually took
- A complete setup of a real business account — branding, invoice template, tax rate, customer list and price book.
- A live invoice raised, taxed and sent, not a draft.
- Every one of those checked automatically against the finished account. Not a quiz, and not marked by hand.
- Certification is revoked if delivered work stops meeting the standard.
